The Curriculum 

At Raices Profundas America, our curriculum honors the cocobaleros and maniseros of the past, presenting their teachings in the most traditional and undiluted way. These arts are taught to our disciples as they were taught to gran maestro Quijano by his masters. Their techniques, while similar, are not mixed. This is to preserve the integrity of the arts and pass them down in as authentic a way as possible.
