Born and raised in New York City, I was a frequent attendee and performer at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe. While studying journalism at Baruch college I was introduced to the likes of Ezra Pound, H.D., and the imagists movement by the esteemed poet, Grace Schulman. While I consider myself an imagist, my work spans a variety of mediums, from poetry to narrative journalism and appears or is forthcoming in publications such as Gold Coast Art House, ROVA Magazine, & Polychrome Magazine.
